I can't remember exactly what it was but something resets every April so that's why they wanted to get the air Schengen done by then. Who knows when the land borders will open. (I saw some funny memes though.)

I used to go to Romania a lot as well. I actually enjoyed Bucharest a lot haha. We'll see what the future brings. Do you plan to get a visa or residency or something?
