I really enjoyed Vienna. Nice sights, cool neighborhoods, great museums, easy to get around, pretty good food (not just Austrian, but lots of international cuisine too)... can definitely recommend. Also, lends itself to daytrips within Austria or popping over to Slovakia to check it out. :)
