I think a key is to be selective with who you work with or who you let into your "circle." I tend to look at these situations as a barometer of where people are... so if there's an encounter like this (like just yesterday, lol), the positive is I now know more about this other person. Sure, they can change, but it sure as hell isn't going to be me who changes them. (I don't need the stress. 😂)
