Four years ago, I sold almost everything I had, packed my bags, and left the US to travel Europe.

I never thought I would’ve made it this far.

Not because I thought I would quit—it’s just that I had no expectations.

Four years (and a ton of madness) later, my life is completely different.

During this journey, I’ve learned a ton of lessons that have massively upgraded my life. I want to share some of the best ones with you, and I hope they help you live a better, more fulfilling, and happier life too.

Run Your Own Race

Many “travel influencers” or “digital nomads” use travel as a competition or proving ground. They brag about how many countries they’ve been to, how long they’ve been there, how great they travel, and more. They make people feel jealous when looking at their social media…

Yet many of them want you to be jealous of them.

They want you to know that they’re #livingtheirbestlife. Many people simply chase validation and approval—even their accomplishments or pursuits are born out of a need for praise and attention.
