Want to Move to Europe? Read This First (Lessons From 5+ Years)

If I had one euro every time someone told me they wanted to move to Europe, I could probably buy coffee for the rest of my life.

Okay, not that many—but I could definitely buy a lot of them.

Bottom line: Lots of people say they want to move here. Especially after January of this year, lolz.

But much of what I see online isn’t 100% accurate—or is just plain wrong. Worse, there are lots of common biases and misconceptions that could put you in a situation you’ll regret.

I’ve spent a lot of time across most countries on the continent—even the ones that other Europeans don’t even visit!—so I wanted to share valuable tips and recommendations that will help you a ton and save you another ton of stress and aggravation.

(By the way, in this article, I will refer exclusively to the continent of Europe because that’s what I’m most familiar with.)
